Blog issues and Wet Wednesday

So this is the first time I have been able to write a new post in weeks!  Not because of slacking, but because the darn thing wasn't working!  I am not sure what happened, but all I know is that it is finally fixed.  HOORAY!  It's a good thing too, because I was about to give up on the blog and figure out a different way to document the in's and out's of our lives.  Happy for me and my brain that the blog lives to see another day...or post.  I guess. :)

The summer has just been humming along.  We have been so many places and done so many things that I think it will take me the entire school year to recount it all.  But that is ok, because one of the best things about memories is the reliving and remembering through the photos.  So here we go...

WET WEDNESDAY

Each week we get wet.  It's more than once a week, but for sure on WET WEDNESDAY!  A couple of weeks back, our car needed some plastic surgery after a big rock flew into my bumper on the way home from picking up my cousin at the airport.  The process took three days, and so we were homebound.  As I wondered what we would do for those three days, Morgan came up with the smashing idea to have water balloon games on Wet Wednesday!  Ummm...perfect!

Since it was her idea, I let her take the lead, and boy did she do a bang-up job!  First up: 

Water Balloon Race on a Spoon 

Then came: Water Balloon Toss

And last, but not least: Jumping Jumbo Water Balloons 

With all the laughing, and a neighborhood full of friends, it didn't take long to turn into a party. :)

As you can see we fared just fine being homebodies. :)
